"Room was wonderful and clean and spacious and bed was so comfortable the pool and tiki bar were wonderful. Restraunt was just ok. But everything else was wonderful "

"Parking was OK. The room overlooked the pool. The room was very very small especially the bathroom toilet and shower not ideal for a larger man. Great area nice landscaping nice pool would definitely stay again, but would look at a larger room hopefully with a larger bathroom."

"We enjoyed this hotel! We didn't go have time to enjoy the pool, though we sat nearby to enjoy the sunshine while waiting for our ride.Bed was very comfortable, good breakfast,clean room.We felt very safe at this location which is important to us!"

"the wash-hand basin in the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently to remove some residue left on the basin (likely given a cursory wipe). The fridge was not working properly was told a working one would be put in it never happened. The safe in the room was opened in the locked position a maintenance person came and unlocked and left had a trial and locked with my own code couldn't open it. Other than that everything was fine. i did inform the lady at desk of these problems when checking out"

"I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience."
