"We love this place. Kon Tiki is by far our favorite place to stay in Florida. The hotel is small in size but the rooms are huge. It’s is always super clean the staff is amazing. The pool area is clean and the patio is awesome. We love to sit outside and watch the boats go by in the water. I hate to rate this place so high because everyone will want to stay here and may make it harder for us to get a room. But I have to be honest, it is a great place to stay and I cannot recommend it enough."

"Fantastic stay, house was immaculate. The location was great, close to downtown and beach access. Peaceful pool area and home. Kitchen table was great for lots of game nights with the family. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Wonderful pool floats available as well as beach carts, toys, umbrellas, etc. I forgot a book and there were even a few great book choices available. Definitely hope to stay again! Host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!"

"The carpet was really dirty, it felt sticky and the pillows felt like bean bag's and heavy the bed was hard and the breakfast had no eggs or pancakes or anything hot but bagels to make that was hot. The ac is in front of the refrigerator so when you got back from the beach and need a drink, it was like you would get sick in front of the ac, the valum on the TV only works on two settings so it was you couldn't hear it or it would blow a ear drum! The sheets were stained. I don't recommend it"

"The property as a bit run down. Didn't look like the pictures. The door had large cracks where bugs and light could come through. There were trash and boxes left inside the room and trash cans from the previous tenant. There were odd smells in the room at arrival, so I went to the grocery store and got febreeze. Some of the white towels had brown and reddish stains (blood?) and smells on them, so we opted to use our personal beach towels instead. There wasn't a kitchenette and the fridge was very small, so we had to eat out most of the trip. The air conditioner would come on and turn off on its own throughout the stay. The pool wasn't used due to it being butted up to someone's LARGE WINDOW (NO PRIVACY for either party). The public pool shouldn't have been placed practically in someone's unit. The only bright sides were the proximity to the beach (4 minutes away!), the shower pressure and temp, and bed was great! Upon arrival and first look at the unit, I was going to change my reservation to a different property, but chose to stay due to proximity to the beach."

"Unit was very close to the beach and town. It was also very quiet in this area. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Updated kitchen was very well done.Host responded very quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here."

"This villa is absolutely stunning. It is spotless inside, decorated in an adorable vintage fashion, and it is more spacious than I had imagined it would be. The location could not be better. Literally 20 steps from the beach. We loved the huge pool as well.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. There are 4 beach chairs, an oversized beach umbrella, and tools that you need to find sharks teeth on the beach. There are also four very nice beach towels.The communication was exceptionally good. Rachel was extremely responsive and delightful to work with.This is one of the top stays we have had at a VRBO location! We can’t wait to return soon!"
