They knew us by name the whole stay and took care of every little thing without us having to ask twice. The room was private and spacious, the spa was incredible, and the restaurant delivered every single time. Topped off with a fire show at night and a great hookah setup — this place knows how to create an experience. Hands down the best property on Holbox!"

My blue had everything we needed right at our finger tips, a short walk to downtown, a brilliant and helpful staff, a restaurant and breakfast with a stunning view right on the property, help getting us to and from the airport, clean, cool and comfortable rooms….. what’s not to love! "This was a great experience. They provide you with bracelets programmed with the key, so it’s super convenient to access your room and never have to worry about a card. The hotel has free activities like yoga in the morning or a guitar player in the evening. There are a few of swimming pools available (we didn’t use them because we went to beach whenever we wanted to go to the water). The property is beach front, so you have direct access and the staff was super friendly. Be prepared to get a $5,000 deposit (about $300 dollars) that can be used towards your drinks and meals, you can charge everything to your room or you can get your deposit back at the end if you don’t consume anything in the hotel."
