"Be careful with the raccoons. The AM. Front desk employees only help you because they have to. Rooms are clean and the Maid service is excellent! The restaurant personnel is very friendly and professional."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. We stayed in September 2026, and unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on during our stay. The construction started early in the morning, and we weren’t able to walk directly down to the beach from the hotel like I had expected. I had stayed at the villas next door the previous year, so I assumed it would be a similar experience. I understand that once all the construction is finished, the property is going to be amazing. I also noticed they are building a new pool, which I’m sure will be a great addition. My biggest disappointment was that we weren’t warned about the construction ahead of time. Had we known, we may have chosen a different hotel for this trip. Other than that, everything else was great. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed assistance, including getting a taxi and helping us with our three-island tour. One other thing we weren’t told about was the entrance fee to Yalahau. Last year, this was included in our tour ticket, so we were surprised to find out there was an additional charge this time. Overall, aside from the construction and a few unexpected details, we had a good stay. Once the construction is completed, I can definitely see this being a beautiful property and a great place to stay."

"Great place to enjoy Holbox. Helpful friendly staff throughout. Very close to the beach with its own sun beds. Two pools. It was clean and relaxing. About 10 minute walk to the town centre, so you can be there if you want, but easily escape."
