"Nice, well maintained hotel . Near beaches. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a distance away from the central area, but that makes it a quiet place to end your day. We rented a car, so the distance may have bothered us more if we didn't have the car . But really most attractions are spread out so a car is necessary unless you want to uber everywhere. Balandra Beach was amazing! Highlight of our trip. As well as enjoying fresh seafood in the central area while watching Mexico play in the World Cup. The energy was palpable. Amazing trip!"

"The complex and amenities are excellent. The customer service from the front desk is exceptional. It is a big complex and you need to be transported by golf cart from place to place but it is not a problem because someone always answers at the front desk. The restaurants are delicious. We dined at Carbon and the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay here again."
