Centrally located near old town. Room was clean and staff were friendly and attentive.

I left early so can’t comment on the breakfast, but dinner was enjoyed

Very clean, comfortable hotel, with great beds. Staff were extremely helpful, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even said it.

Stunning room with a luxurious bathroom. The staff were charming and it was a great location - not far from the city and with great restaurants near by. Would certainly come stay again anytime we come to Edinburgh

Convenience to the airport. Very friendly staff, hotel was clean and tidy. Complementary drink from the bar when checked in was an added bonus.

Used the spa was lovely but had 2 screaming children and parents there which meant not very relaxing. Room was very comfortable

A very well appointed apartment hotel in a quiet but central location. Good facilities including a kitchenette and washing machine. Reasonably spacious layout for a studio apartment. Large well designed bathroom with plenty of storage space. My only criticism was that the wooden floor felt a bit sticky underfoot as though it needed a good wash and when i looked under the bed to retreive a dropped item there was a build up of dust. Friendly young staff.

Hotel very busy so we were upgraded to apartment a few doors down Street. Breakfast took ages to get. Great Location. Short walk through gardens to Hop on Hop off bus station. Royal yacht well worth a visit.

A lovely older hotel. Our room was spacious and everything was super clean. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.
