The breakfast was amazing!! The whole team went above and beyond to take care of us for the whole trip. Our ferry was cancelled and the hotel manager immediately made sure we had another room for the night and by the time we made it back from lunch all our luggage was moved into the new room. "Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. We really enjoyed the convenient location, the breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. I do think the room could have been cleaner, but considering the price we paid, I felt it was fair. Unfortunately, the most uncomfortable part of our stay was finding ants in the bed. We had to call the staff to have the room cleaned, and although they took care of it, the experience was quite unsettling and made it difficult to fully relax and sleep afterward. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better."

"Lovely hotel with amazing views of the caldera from the terrace and pool area. The breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options. We were travelling with another couple, and we had both booked exactly the same room category. Upon arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to larger rooms, which was a lovely surprise. However, the rooms we received were quite different. Our friends were given a beautiful room on a higher level with a very spacious balcony and spectacular caldera views, while unfortunately, our room was on a lower level with a much smaller balcony and a partially obstructed view. Had we booked different room categories, we would certainly have understood the difference. However, since we had made identical reservations, we were disappointed that the upgrades were not comparable. Fairness and consistency are important to us, and this difference in the rooms affected our overall experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful setting, breakfast, and views, but given the disparity between the rooms, I unfortunately cannot give the hotel a five-star rating."
