Spectacular stay! The room was very spacious and squeaky clean. The pool is the obvious best feature and provides a little oasis from the busy spots. Staff was really helpful even when I asked to book a shuttle last minute to the airport — they had it sorted by 8am. Breakfast is quite extensive and fresh. If I ever find myself back in Santorini, I’ll be here.

Wonderful stay for a honeymoon experience. The staff was super helpful from the start with luggage support. They always welcomed us with a friendly smile. The late check out facilities were wonderful for our late flight out. The spa was amazing for a couple, well worth the price! Would 100% recommend this stay.

Everything was near by omg. The lady at the front desk she provided us with soo many options. Thank you and they made sure the rooms were clean everytime we came back. The walk to Fira was only 10 mins. Eveything f was accessible.

The property location is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful caldera sunsets. We had pool level room so basically step out your room to the lovely sun loungers and plunge pool. Staff really helpful. Basic breakfast, large portions. Things that would elevate this property further are aesthetics, dressing gowns for room, pool towels were threadbare, no cover on the duvet and it was very worn, shower was quite rusted, window double glaze full moisture and curtain hanging off. All minor but would just enhance the experience further.

The plumbing has a sewer smell that goes into the rooms. I don’t know why they call it a Spa when it is not equipped to be used. The hot tub is a Luke warm bath. And they still charged us $20 euro each to use it. The breakfast and breakfast staff was the only great service this hotel offers. The breakfast staff were super pleasant and helpful. The pool was dirty and didn’t look like it has been cleaned in a very long time. We will not be staying here again and advise anyone looking into this hotel to be aware of the facilities and lack of staff caring about our concerns. Advise not to stay at this hotel if visiting Santorini.
