"We accidentally booked this hotel during a very stressful time—our daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized—and despite reaching out immediately, the hotel refused to adjust or cancel the reservation. "Very nice place to stay with amazing views. Room was extremely nice and met all our needs. Staff was very nice and informative. Highly recommend. Only note is that the pool was extremely cold and it was extremely hot and so we couldn't enjoy it. I'd also suggest some calm music around the pool because the property otherwise is awkwardly silent and you can hear everything. I know some people like quiet settings but we were whispering out of kindness the whole time. "
