"Room and outside area we had to ask after 3 days to be cleaned properly as it was the same as when we arrived When we did give them this feedback they done this thoroughly but shd have been done daily On day one we wore our gowns and left on trouser folding table and still no maid folded them up or neatly hanged them up. We didnt use after this. Some hooks would be great. Or even a tissue box. V minimilistic. After day one had to pay for coffee and water. This should have been clear on website However we had lovely views and staff lovely Esp katerina who was an excellent communicator on her phone. Shame this phone wasnt passed to the next shift worker. Twice had to collect own t bags. Tone of towel charges quite harsh in room ie 35euros for replacement. I think unnecessary. People have common sense and if the basics arent provided such as tissue box then will resort to using towels what other option "

"The staff here and the owners are absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. We had not a great holiday due to illness and they were always going the extra mile to help us and offer support when needed. Location is quite secluded so if you are after an area to walk it’s probably not the place as you really need a car or quad bike but we are happy to drive around and explore so we don’t mind that. Also the food here was absolutely superb. Again, nothing was too much trouble for the chefs and even made things not on the menu as we were sick etc. would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return"

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, bringing a smile to our face every time we interacted. The communication with the owner was fantastic via WhatsApp, it worked really well and the responses were prompt. Any questions we had about the island, they answered directly and quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
