"I paid €400 for a night. Expecting a lot. But this property ruined my whole trip experience. Not assigning booking room type, as the room is not occupied, but under renovation. they shouldn’t release the availability at the beginning. As mentioned that the renovation is not only 1 room, it would be all 3 rooms together, dust were everywhere, strong smell and super dirty. "We absolutely loved our stay at Nikos Villas!!! The hotel and location was a dream- beautiful vistas on both sides of Oia, very friendly and hospitable staff and wonderful breakfasts! It was also about a 2-3 minute walk from the busy downtown area if Oia so quieter but still convenient. We hope to return again!"

"This place was amazing. Where our suite was located, we had a great view of the caldera with privacy. The room was great with traditional cave and modern touches. Relaxing hot tub with a view, you can't beat that. The best part was the staff, the reception and porter were great. They were attentive and helpful with recommendations on what to do and eat. Breakfast was brought to your room to eat while enjoying the view. I would definitely return here for my next trip to Santorini."
