Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en...

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "
