"Enjoyed a pleasant stay at Trion KL — the unit was stylish, spotless, and cozy. The staff from Five Senses were genuinely helpful and attentive, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Loved the city views and convenient location. Would gladly return!

"Generally, it's a very good place for staying in Kuala Lumpur. The staff are friendly and polite. I love there's a water server in the room.
Only thing I need to point out is there are some insects in the room, like ant and some are bigger ones. I told the staff about this and they apologize to me politely and promise will check the room and make it clean. I'd like to stay in another time again but hope there will be no insects next time."
"Excellent location walkable to town center. Next door to Eco World mall and other tower condos.
The property itself is good. Not fancy but decent enough.
Price is reasonable."
"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view.
The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
"The Mandarin Oriental sits beside the Petronas Towers in KL. The hotel is large and welcoming, the staff very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is right beside the mall and close to other hotels in the CBD making it an ideal stay. Highly recommended hotel in KL"
"One of the best hotels we had stayed during our trip to Malaysia. Would definitely rest stay at this location again on a visit and would recommend to the entire family and friends. Thank you to the amazing staff and all the other services provided by the staff."
"I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017.
Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water.
The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away.
Breakfast in the hotel I like less and less though, as variety and quality have degraded over time, eg only Cafe Americano from the machines, blue-ish scrambled eggs, and resupply problems at the buffet from 07:15 onwards."
