"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "Room was clean and bed majorly comfortable but furniture and decor looked very tired. Fantastic view onto the bridge. Breakfast was first class, hot tasty and fresh. Staff could not do enough for you and were welcoming and very pleasant. We have been coming to this hotel for over 30 years."
