"We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a stove and kitchen was perfect and allowed us to prepare some meals. "

"This space was way too small to advertise for 3 people.
It was also difficult to find because there were no signs except off a back alley.
The price was much too high for what the property offered."

"If you think the hotel has shuttle pick up, you are wrong. That’s what I thought at first after reading some if some of the review. However, if you know your way and know how to tak mono rail in Japan. This is perfect for you. It’s one stop away from T3. And you don’t have to wait for shuttle either on arrival or departure. Room is clean, and staff is helpful at self check in "
"Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive and overrated. Save yourself some time and money. Get a breakfast at 7/11 or any French bakery inside the train station. Rooms are small for a US point of view, but very large for a Japanese point of view. It's sitting next to the trains station, which makes it very easy to visit the entire Tokyo area."
"The room is clean, and the next door super market is very good and walk to JR in 3 minutes and take only 15 minutes to Shinjuku is also great. Staff is friendly, professional and handle things nicely. Room is clean and cleaning is done super. They give us free bottle water everyday.
The only that is a downside is the room has no temperature control, you can only control the fan speed and the temperature is set too high for us (I think it is around 24-25 C)"
