"Nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Beach is a little underwhelming compared to photos, especially when the tide is out. Hotel restaurant options were ok. Would definitely recommend renting a car as there is not much around the hotel. Overall would stay again."

"The hotel is new and built where the old Ferris wheel used to be. The property itself is nice, modern, and in a great location. However, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the lounge access, as it only included water, juice, and inexpensive wine. You can still enjoy the upstairs lounge/bar atmosphere without purchasing the package. The staff were soft-spoken, but at times it felt like they were walking on eggshells in the lobby environment. While one team member were very helpful (the foreigner) overall customer service could use improvement to better match the quality of the property. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with potential, but the service experience didn’t fully meet expectations."

"We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a ticketing system and can get packed quickly but we usually ate when it opened and had no issues. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options and great tasting. Room was spacious and clean. Overall a great stay and would stay here again ! "

"The pool and basically whole property is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is straight up a hill. We took the bus and then walked to the hotel. Huge mistake. Take a taxi. The hotel is also in a tourist trap area. Food around the hotel is way more expensive than food just 15 minutes down the road. Not near anything for tourists. And the bus is always late. So not great if you arent renting a car and want to get around the island. "

"The staff were professional and courteous. The rooms were clean; however, a little dated and showing a few signs of age and the mattress was standard grade. Was pleasantly surprised with the extra amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, Q-Tips, hair band, hair tie, bath soap, slippers, loungewear, water bottles. The grounds were amazing with beautiful landscaping around the pool area. The Japanese/Western breakfast buffet included a broad selection of tasty and healthy options. The 2 highlights of my stay were walking around the tidal pools at low tide and the musician who played beautiful music on his acoustical guitar to start off the morning . He was very talented and I thoroughly enjoyed his artistry. Would highly recommend this resort for travelers of all ages."
