Most of them are extremely good. But the I disappointed that the breakfast was almost empty when I get there at just past 8:00am even the breakfast time ends at 9:30.

Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process

The hotel is new and built where the old Ferris wheel used to be. The property itself is nice, modern, and in a great location. However, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the lounge access, as it only included water, juice, and inexpensive wine. You can still enjoy the upstairs lounge/bar atmosphere without purchasing the package. The staff were soft-spoken, but at times it felt like they were walking on eggshells in the lobby environment. While one team member were very helpful (the foreigner) overall customer service could use improvement to better match the quality of the property. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with potential, but the service experience didn’t fully meet expectations.
