Good sized living room and formal dining room so plenty of seating. Wonderful enclosed front porch and large patio. We loved our stay there. We sat there for hours looking at the bay. The kitchen was perfect with all kinds of utensils that we needed for the three nights of stay. We cooked a few small meals and it was easy.
