"Great city view from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked-we cooked 2 dinners in it. Location was nice, in a neighborhood away from the downtown. Owner is great and very helpful. It was nice to have all the space after traveling for several weeks. Very homey."

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Check in/check out was extremely friendly, the room was very roomy and comfy for the 3 of us, and the location is very good.
The front desk staff were very approachable and engaging which makes a stay even more enjoyable. We were so lucky to have Zun at this hotel, as we had previously met him at another Mimaru, and he, along with the other staff made our stay very memorable.

The apartment was super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having access to a balcony was also great, as we could just relax with a beer at the end of each day.
