"This was our second stay, and we were welcomed by warm floors, a comfortable sitting area to curl up in with a glass of wine (available on site for the same price as the store would sell it), inviting lighting and two comfortable single beds (which we pushed together during our longer stay). Our host, Oskar, was light-hearted in his communication and was immediately responsive to any questions. It has been a delight interacting with him. I highly recommend this property."

"We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The host was very accommodating and the home had everything we needed. We even saw the northern lights from the house. If we were staying in the city it probably would have been too bright and we might not have seen the lights. We would definitely return!"

"The apartment was in a convenient area, walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store across the street. It was about a 10 min drive to Reykjavik and parking was always available in front or back of the apartment. Black-out curtains helped at night when it was still light outside and the apartment was clean and quiet. Elevator helped with luggage transport. "The property was great to stay at that I even extended. It’s close to Bónus which is one of the cheaper supermarkets as well as a fresh bakery next to it. Bus stop close by making travel easy. "The apartment (201) was very impressive and modern. It had everything we needed and more. The apartment was warm and homely, with all the comforts of home. There was nothing missing that we needed at all. The floor to ceiling windows enabled us to see some fantastic views. "Great location! You can get on the highway quickly and getting to the centre is no problem. Lots of room for everyone. Not at all flexible on check-in/check-out times, which was stressful as we were a group of people with different flight times, but overall, it was a good place to stay."

"So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long shower. "

"The room was great and a wonderful first stop for the Iceland adventure. Outstanding location and we could walk to all city attractions from the hotel. We took a late night walk all the way down the street and the night life was vibrant and fun. There is also a great food hall less than a block down the street. The staff was skilled, professional, and helpful. I also greatly enjoyed all signs in the hotel- witty and friendly, even when telling you not to do something. We will start at the very same place next time we visit the country "
