The location is unbeatable. In the middle of everything. Staff was wonderful and helpful in planning a day tour of Hue. Can’t go wrong with the White Lotus.

The staff upgraded our room to a penthouse suite which was such a lovely surprise after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and had great views of the perfume river. Short and easy walk to the heart of the action with great recommendations for dining from the front house staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in Hue.

Amazing views
Amazing views of the river and old town. Modern bedroom, great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of items to choose from. Reception also helped us book a driver to take us to some of the local attractions.

Excellent stay
I was disappointed that I only stayed one night in Hue. I could not have chosen a better Hotel than, White Lotus. I was upgraded, free of charge, to a river view room on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I arrived earlier than check-in time but I was greeted with a welcome beverage while waiting for my room to be cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great and the food selections were varied and delicious. The Staff really needs to be complimented for their kindness and attention to detail. My next time in Hue will be for more than one day and White Lotus will be my Hotel of choice

We were surprised to receive a large room with extra large comfy bed, the view of the perfume river and the famous Truong Tien bridge was spectacular. We also love the bath room, with nice amenities and view as well.

One night stay … we had to stay at this hotel with a name like that! Besides that, it was excellent. Beautiful room, very quiet and excellent pool. A easy 5 to 10 minute walk to cafes and bars and various transportation right outside the hotel if you prefer that. Breakfast also very nice. Definitely value for money.

It is a nice and modern hotel in Hue. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and offers a sufficient number of towels. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located near Hue Historic Citadel and also Hue Night Walking Street. Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, new& modern. Lovely pool area. About 10 mins to busy area for restaurants & bars and 20mins to citadel. Good breakfast choices, recommend trying Bun Bo Hue at least once even if not what youd normally have.

Everything was fantastic: location, comfort, staff, amenities, food and cleanliness. Even the channel selection on the TV was excellent. Highly, highly recommended! I have no complaints and want to add that the staff were wonderful. The best hotel stay so far in Vietnam.
