Green Park Hotel Brugge

"We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the restaurant was very good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was one serious issue during our stay. The hotel accidentally issued our room key to another guest, who entered our room unexpectedly. Fortunately, nothing was lost and the staff apologised after the incident. While we appreciated the service, this was a significant security concern and I hope the hotel reviews its key card procedures to prevent it happening again. Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff, but room security management needs improvement."

"This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Room was clean enough but not pristine, The bed was firm but comfortable, room was small but functional. Excellent location next to the Bruges train station. Breakfast was a good value at $13 Euro as you could make lunch for the day as well. Front desk staff were excellent and very accomodating. They can store your luggage if you need to check out but want to spend the day in Bruges."

"This was the 3rd stay here in 2 years. Very good hotel central for all visitors sights and shopping. Breakfast was great again and the hotel is excellent value for money. On site parking is always good so you don’t need to use the car at any point. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant, nothing was too much bother for them. We will continue to use this hotel for our stays in Bruges in future."

"Bedroom was clean and comfortable, only issue was a weak shower. Hotel clean throughout. Hotel has limited parking for smaller cars, cannot accommodate larger vehicles (Land Rover size), so had to park on street using app and remembering to renew every 4 hrs. We paid for buffet breakfast, it was very good with a varied selection and good quality. Hotel is in a good location."

"Lovely staff but room was somewhat lacking. We were in the annexe at street level. Barely enough room to swing a cat. Window was hard to open, no air conditioning or fans provided. Bed was way too soft and the power of the shower was none existent. Friends stayed in the main building that had 4 times as much space, fans and a fridge, all for the same price. Good base if you want a very basic room, certainly encourages you to spend more time out of your room."
