Lovely friendly hotel

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Veurne. It is a beautiful building with secure parking. The continental breakfast was a generous selection of healthy produce. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We stayed in room 15 which is a duplex room, with the bathroom on the lower floor. The upper floor was accessed by a spiral staircase. The one thing that I feel could enhance this space is if the bed was on the lower floor and this would leave the upper space for an amazing sitting area, or even allow for beds for children. Saying that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in room 15 on my next visit.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. Town square a short walk away with a number of bars and restaurants. Wished our stay was longer.

Charming hotel with character and comfort.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, I asked for a couple of extra items and they were so accommodating. Beautiful old building but now done to the highest standards. Fabulous breakfast too. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. This was my second visit. I hope to go there again soon.

This was our first visit to this hotel which is on the outskirts of Veurne near the park. There is parking in the grounds and the gates are locked at night. It's an attractive old building with high ceilings and our room was large with bedding for three if needed. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of fruit, ham and cheese with copious buns. It is family run and they are very friendly. We will return in the near future.

Charmant verblijf in het schilderachtige Veurne

Charmant, geklasseerd gebouw op een boogscheut van de Markt in Veurne. Gastvrouw & gastheer uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eenpersoonskamers voldoen aan alle verwachtingen. Gratis flesje water op de kamer bij aankomst. Het ontbijt wordt persoonlijk door de gastvrouw geserveerd en is waarlijk zéér uitgebreid met diverse broodjes, ontbijtkoeken, vers fruit, diverse kaassoorten, marmelade, choco en elke dag een verse eitje bereid naar de wensen van de gasten. Ook avondeten mogelijk. Er zijn heel lekkere wijnen op fles verkrijgbaar. Een juweel in het pittoreske Veurne. Een absolute aanrader voor wie Veurne & omstreken wil leren kennen.
