This luxurious king suite is a modern upscale community situated in Houston's leading business districts in River Oaks, very close to Washington Corridor and Midtown with easy access to all of Houston's best shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and nightlife. Our units are equipped with the latest smart home features and we offer extraordinary amenities including an expansive fitness studio, micro offices, and a sparkling swimming pool with grilling stations and so much more!

One bedroom with king bed, high ceilings and spacious, closets. Kitchens featuring stunning, two-toned cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer tile backsplash and stainless steel apron sinks. We also have stainless steel GE appliance package with the convenience of a gas range.

Full size washer and dryer also provided.

This unit is ideal for two guests but will allow up to 4. An air mattress is available for additional guests.
