"During my trip to the Netherlands I stayed at 3 different hotels and this was by far the best one. Our room was ready at 3pm as stated, was large than I expected, and the bathroom was great! It had plenty of room and a shower that didn’t flood the entire bathroom floor when you used it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a view of the street and even that was beautiful. However, I think the biggest perk was the free water stations. I can not tell you how nice it was to have access to both sparkling and still water whenever you wanted it. Truly a nice touch. It’s also so close to the canals and Dam Square. Truly a great spot for the adventurous tourist. If I had to offer one small criticism, even though it’s not the hotel’s fault it did get a little loud during the night with people outside. It’s in a touristy road so it can get loud."

"we had a wonderful stay at the NH hotel - small glitch on the floor we were allocated - but staff helped us change floors no problem - kind small gestures -decent size room with windows that open !!! very helpful - fabulous location -great breakfast with a lot of options and friendly staff - great artwork, nice vibe, water stations and snacks , would happily revisit"

"Pros -lively-but-laid back location -Easy check in -relatively clean -free morning coffee Cons -Bathroom door didn’t close all the way -Don’t stay here with someone you don’t want to see nude…the two-way glass seemed to be installed in reverse. You can’t see anything from the shower, but everyone in the room can see you from outside. Could be a bit awkward for some. -Very tight quarters, especially for families who need a crib. Overall, we don’t regret booking a room here. It’s a solid 7/10 for us."

"the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good. the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place."

"The location of the property and breakfast is the key seller. Getting to the rooms with big luggage is not possible and likely injure yourself. The stairs are like a challenge course, so if you are not comfortable with narrow steep stairs then think twice. The he staff was very reserved and could not help with information on getting around. He hey helped book a cab with one price but the can driver charged double at the drop off point at airport. Double check with can driver on the price before getting on ."
