"Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub and sauna in room which wss great but the toilet and shower were seperate rooms , with the sink in the main bedroom, bit of an odd set up. Had a safe which was good and also a fridge but it didnt work, which was annoying. Also no waters in the fridge or available, only to buy from a vending machine and pricey. Bar was open 5pm-11pm which could have had better opening times , as reception dont deal with cash so wasnt able to get change. Overall good hotel , very good location and clean with good features in the wellness room. Would stay again."

"I usually rate hotels on a couple of key things: bed, comfort, water pressure, hotel location, and overall service. I have to say these guys did well on all points except bed comfort - sadly the bed was way too firm for my back. But otherwise these guys earned a 5-star rating from us. "

"Nice but not fancy hotel in a great location in Jordaan. Room was good but the bed was not- far too soft with a big divot in the middle. Staff did explain they were aware of the issue and had intended to replace the mattress, but they didn't because we had a do not disturb sign up for a portion of our stay. Pillows were very thick (to a fault) and no other options were available. So a very good value, friendly staff and nice spot but the bed was a major disappointment."

"Amazing stay at the rooms were clean. Property was nice and unlimited coffee or tea all the time. It was a nice bonus. Our only complaints were the room got hot and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. And the bathroom smelled like a sewer"

"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "
