Rivers Bend Cabin, Stunning Caddo River & Ouachita Mountain Views

River's Bend Cabin sits on a bluff overlooking the Caddo River and the Ouachita Mountains. The views are amazing and the water is so close that you can hear the ripples as it makes its way down the river. The cabin has a dipping pool with a waterfall feature that is open from May through September. There are steps down to the river where there is good swimming or fishing. This place was amazing. Great views, access to the river, great decks to relax on! Check-in was very easy. I like that they gave a clear outline of what needed to be done and the expectations for the stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. I was excited about the heated pool, but it was not open for use yet. But honestly with the river and everything else, we did not miss it much. This is a must to rent again!

The cabin is perfect, the pool was closed for the season but looks really inviting. The views from the deck are amazing, we watched the deer across the river and the eagles hunting the river. Added bonus this trip the northern lights gave us an awesome show.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view was magnificent! We sat on the deck and watched the deer play in the field across the river. The sound of the river was so relaxing and the fall foliage was beautiful. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just what we needed for a few days.

Nice peaceful property with a great view. Pool doesn’t open till May but kids enjoyed fishing and swimming at the river below. Spent time there and drove over to Hot Springs for the day.

Great for families with kids!

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family and checked all the boxes! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and the river- there is a public access area in Glennwood a short drive away with easier access to the river for young children which we used several days. The views of the Caddo River from the cabin were breathtaking- this was the perfect place to relax and make memories!

We loved the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful. After driving through all the hills and taking hikes it was a great welcome to pull up to the cabin and see the great open sky for 50 miles. We spent every day leisurely driving to a different spot to look for quartz crystals or fishing and found a lot! The kids loved the video game machine and we even got into playing with them.

Great spring break getaway with teens

Perfect cabin for our spring break trip. I had three 13yo boys in the loft. The cabin had everything we needed, even salt and pepper! The boys liked having their own space and loved s'mores on the firepit each night. The view is beautiful and I would not hesitate to come back.

This place is one of a kind, an absolute gem!

Every about the experience was second to none. The owner is especially caring, thoughtful, and great with communication. The facility is immaculate, with all the amenities and then some. I can’t say enough, but let’s just say this cabin is highly recommended. There is no question we will be back, hopefully soon!
