Rivers Bend Cabin, Stunning Caddo River & Ouachita Mountain Views

  • River's Bend Cabin sits on a bluff overlooking the Caddo River and the Ouachita Mountains. The views are amazing and the water is so close that you can hear the ripples as it makes its way down the river. The cabin has a dipping pool with a waterfall feature that is open from May through September. There are steps down to the river where there is good swimming or fishing. What a beautiful, well appointed little cabin. Beautiful view. We saw eagles over the river within minutes of arriving. No highway noise! And a Ms Pacman game!

The cabin is perfect, the pool was closed for the season but looks really inviting. The views from the deck are amazing, we watched the deer across the river and the eagles hunting the river. Added bonus this trip the northern lights gave us an awesome show.

This place was amazing. Great views, access to the river, great decks to relax on! Check-in was very easy. I like that they gave a clear outline of what needed to be done and the expectations for the stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. I was excited about the heated pool, but it was not open for use yet. But honestly with the river and everything else, we did not miss it much. This is a must to rent again!

We enjoyed staying here! We loved sitting outside early in the mornings to listen to the river and birds and enjoy the views. There was loud construction next door during the day, but we weren't there much during those times anyway. The steps to the river are incredibly steep and don't lead the entire way down, but it was worth it to make the trip down! The host was also very nice and easy to get in touch with when we needed.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view was magnificent! We sat on the deck and watched the deer play in the field across the river. The sound of the river was so relaxing and the fall foliage was beautiful. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just what we needed for a few days.

Top notch getaway cabin!

Have vacationed at this cabin each spring for many years and it never fails to be a wonderful stay. The location, the cleanliness of the property and cabin, and the facilities of the cabin (including deck and pool) make for a most wonderful experience. Can’t wait to make the trip again next spring!

Perfect Getaway!

Nice peaceful property with a great view. Pool doesn’t open till May but kids enjoyed fishing and swimming at the river below. Spent time there and drove over to Hot Springs for the day.

One of the memorable stays

We enjoyed our time away from the city hustle in this beautiful cabin which was so perfect for my family. The Cabin was so clean and the view from the porch is awesome and makes the stay unforgettable one. My kid enjoyed the stay and wanted to stay for more days 😀

Great for families with kids!

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family and checked all the boxes! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and the river- there is a public access area in Glennwood a short drive away with easier access to the river for young children which we used several days. The views of the Caddo River from the cabin were breathtaking- this was the perfect place to relax and make memories!

Stunning Property

I’m so happy we ran across this property!! The views are amazing, the cabin is clean and cozy, and the landscaping, complete with the pool, moss, and path to the river make it feel quite magical. We enjoyed playing the arcade games, sitting on the deck, and soaking in the pool.
