Room was clean and spacious. We got to enjoy 2 free dinks at the bar. We did have time to try the breakfast but we have had it before and it was great.

The staff was very nice. We got stuck during the winter storm had to stay an extra day because we couldn't get out of town. They were very nice. Only down fall was the room the pool is in was pretty cold.

Room was nice and clean, however there were a bunch of ladybugs scattered around, not that it bothered us. Breakfast was great and had lots of options, and the hotel was quiet most of the time.

Loved this place. So relaxing and the staff members are so courteous; for each adult there’s two free drinks at the bar nightly during happy hour which I have actually never seen a hotel implement before! Room was clean and the view was great. The only thing I wasn’t sure about is the parking; different sources say $10 a night but I wasn’t notified of any parking charge when I checked in.

Breakfast the first day was good. On Sunday the choices were not as good, but that was due to the large numbers of people there. (Young people for a Bible conference.) I think just keeping up with the crowd was the reason. Rooms and staff were great. We will go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating - we arrived a bit earlier than expected and, not only were we able to check in early, we were provided with adjoining rooms. Full breakfast was included with a great variety and made to order options available. Adjacent to the convention center and minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites of Hot Springs. Room clean, hotel staff friendly. Paid parking for certain areas of parking and also free areas. Shout out to Billy he checked us in and gave great recommendations for food and local entertainment.
