"We were happy with the service received. The hotel was easy to find and slightly away from the hustle and bustle that you find closer to Bicester village shopping which was nice. The building is modern and clean, the carpark accommodates comfortably. The staff at the reception desk were smiley and pleasant to speak to, they also gave us a discount code for parking so it was £7 for 24 hours. Our room was on the fourth floor right at the end of the building, it was clean. The bathroom was a good size, no signs of mould or dirt. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, everything appeared clean and we had no complaints. The window was able to open slightly which was nice, as sometimes if I’m higher up in a hotel I feel claustrophobic if the windows do not open. Great long mirror in the room and good lighting. I didn’t take up the offer of a free breakfast however menu looks good and bar is 24 hours. Overall happy with the service, would recommend. "

"Excellent standard of hotel. Contemporary rooms were very well equipped and clean. Excellent location with dedicated (payable extra) car park in the centre of town. Great location for walking to attractions. Staff very friendly and attentive. "

"Staff were excellent. Great choice at breakfast (including gluten free bread) and hot selection served to order. Room was nicely designed, had a comfy bed with good amenities. Good location in Stratford-upon-Avon for walking to local sites and restaurants. Paid car park behind the hotel."

"Easy to find and fantastic big car park at the back of the hotel which was included in the price of our stay. Lovely warm room, comfortable bed and great shower. There was a good breakfast selection but staff didn’t interact with customers and didn’t clear our table once during our 2 day stay. I hate dirty pots around me!! Also no conversation with restaurant staff about alternatives for breakfast as only had fried eggs on offer at self selection. I asked for poached eggs and it took them over 20 mins to bring them to me. I asked twice how long they would be and was told there is a bit of a delay with my order as quite a few people had ordered them. Not sure why as it only takes a couple of mins to cook these!! Also hot food options were empty and had to keep asking for things which was a bit annoying. Overall our stay was okay and I would stay again. "
