"We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately, this will be our first and last stay. From the moment we arrived, we had a very negative experience with a front desk employee named Lindsay. Her behavior toward us felt disrespectful and, at times, discriminatory. We were traveling with an oversized van, and the hotel parking garage has a low clearance, so our vehicle could not enter. When we explained this, she simply told us to “change the car,” which is unrealistic when you’ve already rented a vehicle. The next day, we spoke with a manager at the front desk who acknowledged that the situation had not been handled properly. She explained that cars that do not meet parking requirements should be addressed accordingly, and some vehicles were moved that day. However, later that evening, we encountered Lindsay again, and the issue continued. She refused to assist, was very dismissive, and even waved her hand in our face saying she didn’t want to see or talk to us. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a customer service representative. To make matters worse, another guest approached to ask what had happened, and Lindsay openly shared details of our situation without any regard for our privacy.
