"Pros: The room was decent and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel lobby was very nicez Cons: The hotel staff did not restock my toilet paper so I had to go buy a roll outside. The pool area was being renovated (no access to the pool). The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and dim. There is a school next door so the bell goes off at 6am. Overall the hotel is 3/5 for the price you pay. "

"I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton Nha Trang! The hotel’s location is perfect — right across from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a big difference.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes — definitely one of the best in town."
