Enttรคuschend fรผr ein 5-Sterne-Hotel โ€“ besonders bei einem erst zwei Jahre alten Haus Unser Aufenthalt in diesem 5-Sterne-Hotel in Nha Trang hat uns enttรคuscht. Da das Hotel erst etwa zwei Jahre alt ist, haben wir mehr erwartet. Am Pool ist die Bar nur selten besetzt. Mรถchte man etwas trinken, muss das Getrรคnk erst aus einem anderen Bereich des Hotels geholt werden โ€“ dadurch wartet man 10 Minuten. Die Glasscheiben im Pool mit Blick auf das Meer waren verschmutzt. Das Frรผhstรผck hatte eine gute Auswahl und war gut. Allerdings waren die Glastische und die Tischsets schmutzig, ebenso die Fenster. Frische Sรคfte gab es leider nicht, sondern nur sรผรŸe Fertiggetrรคnke. Beim Kaffee wurde ausschlieรŸlich Filterkaffee angeboten โ€“ Cappuccino oder Espresso gab es nicht. Fรผr ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das nicht angemessen. Auch im Zimmer gab es Mรคngel: Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche waren verschimmelt, die Glasscheiben der Toilette voller Fingerabdrรผcke und kamen Kabel aus der Wand im Schlafzimmer. Zudem waren Fensterisolierung und Zimmertรผr sehr schlecht. Gerรคusche vom Flur und von drauรŸen waren deutlich zu hรถren. AuรŸerdem fehlte eine Bar, in der man abends gemรผtlich etwas trinken kann. Positiv hervorheben mรถchten wir das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel nicht dem Standard, den wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Besonders angesichts des jungen Alters sind die Mรคngel bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung, Ruhe und Service enttรคuschend.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schรถn. Der Eingangsbereich ist beeindruckend und stilvoll gestaltet. Unsere Zimmer mit Balkon waren modern, sauber und der Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es beim Frรผhstรผck. Der groรŸe Saal wirkt eher wie eine Kantine โ€“ laut und sehr voll. Die Auswahl ist zwar gut, jedoch kommt es durch den Andrang hรคufig zu Gedrรคnge, insbesondere an der Eierstation. Auch hygienisch gibt es Optimierungsbedarf, da z. B. beim Brot keine Tรผcher oder Handschuhe bereitlagen. Zudem fiel auf, dass viele russische Gรคste im Hotel waren und man vom Personal hรคufig direkt auf Russisch angesprochen wurde. Hier wรคre es wรผnschenswert, zunรคchst neutral auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwรคchen beim Frรผhstรผck.
