Amazing beach getaway!

Great place to unwind and get away from the buzz at Nha Trang. The facilities at this hotel are amazing, from the clean beaches, to the pools, mudbaths great walks around the property. Staff is friendly and accommodating to a variety of requests. An amazing stay all-around.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and although the gym was small, it had an amazing view. The staff was reasonably friendly and we loved our bungalow with private pool.

Beautiful setting

Beautiful location and setting. Excellent facilities. Staff very attentive, although sometimes forgetful. Only negatives would be the restaurant / bar. Service sometimes a bit slow, but overall a memorable stay. Would definitely go back!

Great location

My family and I are just back from a six night stay at the island. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful with white sands and lush gardens and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The food at the Garden Restaurant is fabulous and the staff are amazing . It was my youngest son's birthday while we were there and the staff helped organize a cake and a special birthday party. The whole experience will be unforgettable for him. Only downside of the whole experience would be the fact that rain did come into our bathroom and flood the floor at times. Otherwise it is fantastic.

There are too short number of staff for every service such as lazy check in procedures, no help luggage to bring stepping down to pier it's terrible to make customer by themselves, late make up room, to refuse pick up car so order us walk under so hot condition. suites room pool user peeping inside our ground room by same villa residents. I used to stay villa style beach resort hotel, but this experience is worst in my past resort stay.

Beautiful views but not much else

Let me start by saying the views from the bungalow were absolutely amazing, and made for a very relaxing stay. Other than that however I had a few issues - the food on the island was terrible - 1 out of 5 would be generous - and the air conditioning not nearly powerful enough to keep you call in balmy Vietnam temperatures. The service at the hotel was efficient enough, but didn't strike me as particularly friendly, nor did they go out of their way to be particularly helpful. The restaurant staff were particularly poor. It was worth it for the view and experience, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely stunning beach and bungalow, with few mosquito lol. Minor flaws and inadequacies of the room facilities and amenities. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, while sometimes requests were missed out. Restaurant service staff need more training, but the food (and therefore the kitchen staff) was reaaaaaal good! Got a bad experience with the taxi service called from the reception so probably better to go out by private hotel cars... Electricity was out for a few times, not a big problem coz only for minutes.

Unexpectedly Great

It's such a beautiful resort! Very quiet with a private beach. We went there at the pier and waited for the boat for quite a long time coz' we didnt know the ship schedule. From city to the island is every 20 in an hour. From the island to the city is every 30. Every staff is always wearing a smile. Our key card didnt work, and went to the security booth for assistance, the guard couldnt speak English, but he's kind enough to use his cell phone to call the reception and offer help. They're all very helpful and polite. I can just stay on the beach and stare at the sea for the whole day. The scene is just too beautiful. There's some rubbish in the sea, but there're always two staff keep cleaning, so it's not bad at all. For the room, I especially like the outdoor bathroom!! IT WAS FABULOUS!!! i enjoy every shower I took... haha! The bungalow itself may not be spacious, the high ceiling and windows wall are enough to please you. They're sweet to write a welcome letter with your name on it. Not only "Dear Guest" :) I appreciate this little thing. The mini bar price is reasonable, so as the room service. I will definitely go visit again! I just love that place. Although there're many little frogs at night... scared me a little.

베트남은 처음이였는데 너무 좋았어요!! 혼탐리조트 한국인 후기가 많이 없던데 정말 한국인보다는 외국인이 훨씬 많았어요!! 방갈로 이용했는데 독채라서 좋았고 다만 가든뷰라서 새소리, 벌레소리가 밤에 들려서 좀 무섭더라구요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 내부에는 벌레 없었어요!! 수영장이 정말 예뻐서 만족했어요~~ 직원들 모두 정말 친절하고 기분 좋은 여행 했어요~~

Stayed at the resort for 5 days 4 nights. To be honest it is no where near a 5 star standard resort. The resort is by itself on the island and there isn't anything around it beside the crowded mud bath area where all the visitors come to island to try once and leave by 4 pm. There are multi boats that take you from Hon Tam back to mainland Nha Trang city but do beware that the last returning boat is at 9:30pm after that you will get overcharged a hefty fee of 1.4 MLN vnd. Its a typical normal thing for most resort im not complaining, the biggest issue I had was simple: I paid to have some privacy and quiet time to relax on my vacation yet: 5 mins before check out resort people used their card and forced his way into the room only to claim they didnt know i am still in the room, then momentarily another resort employee banged on the door and rushed me to get out even when its not check out time yet. I checked in early and paid half day ahead as well, 1 hour after moving my suitcases in the AC stopped working so they sent a technician over to fix. The next day the AC stopped working again, and through out that day electricity went out twice leaving us hot and sweaty inside the villa. The villa was falsely advertised online with pictures with the pool, plot twist you will have to share the pool with 3 other rooms in 1 whole villa of 4 rooms. Not your private pool. No big deal we didnt really care about the pool. The glasses inside the bathroom came with a dead bug trapped inside
