"We asked for and got a quite room on a higher floor. We had a Senior Double, Ocean View. The room was not large but sufficient for 3 days. The view was wonderful, with full wall windows. The desk staff were very helpful. The food staff could use some assertiveness training, many of the guests were Russian and one woman was observed tasting the sauce with the serving spoon and returning it to the bowl. The breakfast buffet (included) was extensive although the quality of the food was only a medium standard and staff had difficulty keeping up the food with so many guests. We paid $100 USD for three nights. Would stay again."

"There were a couple of staff members that deserved special mention. Mai was always there when we needed something. She made our trip special. Also Luan she worked the front desk was very helpful with transportation and places to see and go. We had a wonderful experience at the VinPearl Empire."

"The room was nice and had everything we needed. The hotel was centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. But what really made it stand out was the staff was so friendly. We arrived a little early after traveling all day and our 7 month old baby was exhausted. They were able to find a room that we could check in early so he could sleep comfortably. "Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel."

"Never got a hold of management to check in. They took my money and ran. Expedia didn’t do anything about it. Still waiting for my refund "
