Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms. However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update.

The room was very nice. We called the front desk for a lot of things, and they were always quick to help us. I loved the pool. The location was right in front of the beach, so that was convenient. I love the Bal D' Afrique products in the bathroom. I bought a cologne of the same scent when I came home so that the smell would remind me of my trip.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Good service and location. Less comfortable rooms.

Good hotel nice location perfect service. The negative side was a very noise air conditioning . Windows had not sound isolation as well and we were waking up every day at 6 am because of the morning songs of locals beneath the hotel . Beside this the room was smelly.

Very nice room with a view of the sea. The room is very stylishly furnished and modern. Great bathroom with shower (very large and separate bathtub). Very rich and extensive breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing to criticize is the complicated procedure for ordering egg dishes and coffee. It's actually nice that you don't have to wait. But if you have to wait 20 minutes for your coffee and it's still cold, it's not really useful. Also the internet has strong weaknesses, is always down and was often only very weak with 1mb/s. Very friendly and polite staff.

The joy of travel in InterContinental

I had a memorable time with my wife for a vacation of 12th wedding anniversary. Hotel was a grand and imposing building under high-end atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and the menu was extensive. Staff at the restaurant was smoothly kind to guests. When a little problem happened in our room, manager Mis. Quyen listened kindly and took care of us quickly. I really appreciate it. I am afraid that swimming pool was so small and angular rectangle on all sides, which is mismatched for IHG status. Location was fantastic, it’s on the Main Street and a couples steps over to the beach on the other side as long as you can dodge the cars. The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. Steam room and sauna were available but only after 4pm. The staff is very attentive, from the bell boy to the front desk, you were alway able to find someone to help. The only missing piece is a pickleball court, once the hype spreads to VN, I believe all 5 star resorts will have a couple courts.

5 star hotel!

Great hotel! Excellent breakfast and nice that the gym is open 24/7. Good service. A bit negative that there is no roofbar/roof top that is accessiable unnless you pay extra (I was quoted $60 USD extra pr person pr night to access the roof lounge/area/restaurants) or are a member. Also when we ordered room service or asked concierge for help it took quite a long time for them to come to the room. One example, We ordred food one time and they forgot the truffle sauce, and didnt come with it after 10 minutes and by then the food was cold. Other then this, this is a 5 star hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we encountered a minor issue on our second day regarding breakfast. When we came down for breakfast, we were informed that it was not included with our booking, despite my wife having called the front desk the early morning to add it to our room. We then waited for 15 minutes when we came down because our names were not on the list. While we eventually enjoyed breakfast, the initial confusion and wait were a bit frustrating since we never received confirmation that our names had been added. We headed out for activities and I sustained a minor injury while participating in activities, and when my wife called to request an ice pack for my foot, the staff immediately offered to send someone to our room to assist with patching up my leg and arm. Within 15 minutes, a young gentleman named Vinh arrived. He was incredibly polite, professional, and caring as he attended to my injury. Just 10 minutes later, his manager, Hoang, also came to our room to check on me and offered further assistance, including arranging a visit to a nearby doctor if needed. He also kindly offered a complimentary breakfast to-go the following morning, knowing we had an early checkout. I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and care. This is what I consider superior service, and we will definitely be returning for our upcoming trips.
