"Other than a scary sounding elevator this property was great when we went down to swim with the manatees. "

"The breakfast was minimal. They were out of eggs an hour in to breakfast time, with an hour left. They did eventually make more eggs, but they told us they were out when we asked. Coffee was weak. I’d recommend skipping their breakfast and finding someplace else to eat. "

The floors, vanity, and bathroom were dirty. And the bathroom door was broken and had no latch, so it would not close all the way. One of the bedside tables had a broken leg. "

"This house is in the perfect location on the main river. The house and kitchen are well appointed for any length of stay. We saw so many manatees, a river otter and a pair of dolphins. The weather was rainy one day and the screened porch was the ideal location to sit and relax while still enjoying the river view. Karen is a fantastic host. She was very responsive to my questions and so kind. We can’t wait to return!"
