10/10 Excellent

"The coffee maker only makes on teeny espresso shot and no hair dryer. Could have used a refrigerator. Needs better directions to get there in the airport. Was not even listed on a map. Great access from hotel to international flights. Room very clean and comfortable. No noise from airplanes. Very quiet and comfortable."

"One of the worst stays I’ve had. Bed was dirty, room was fine but windows looking out were dirty, just seemed like a landlord special painted white over everything. Walls were paper thin and the staff are friendly but not helpful. The elevators, there are only two, and they both suck. Takes forever to get one down or up. Needless to say for the price this wasn’t a great deal."

"This is the 3rd time we stayed at this Intercontinental Hotel for birthday celebration and the close proximity to the Kaseya Center to attend concerts. The view from the room is beautiful and room-bathrooms were clean. This last time our experience was different which negatively impacted my rating. The hotel was too crowded due to several conventions/schools' parties/guest attending the outside parked SEAFAIR Yacht party, etc. It smells marijuana in many common areas as elevator, rooms hallways. Definitely is not a hotel for a romantic quite getaway. Tried to eat around 5pm and both restaurants were closed. Walked in the area and found a small nice Italian restaurant and ended enjoying the experience as the food was delicious."

"This motel was just Okay. Nothing special. Some very dated features. The bathtub was extremely slippery with no safety bars to grab with a step down out of the tub which is a safety hazard. The locals reveled their hot car engines most of the night in the next parking lot with loud backfires that sounded like gun fire. There is no early morning or late night shuttle to or from the airport. I would not stay here again."
