"Would we come and stay here again, yes. Probably with our kiddo since the resort seems to be more kid/family friendly. My husband and I stayed in a Bay front balcony room. Rooms are nice with a great view. Staff and bartenders were friendly, and the cleaning staff came around in the morning and evening to check on the room if needed. Several amenities to partake in. Relaxing massage and masseuse offered several other recommendations around the Keys, which was helpful since it was our first time there. The parasailing crew was fun and had amazing views of the bay and Gulf. The pool and beach were nice. Seemed to be plenty of room for guests, but I feel our timing there was on a less tourist spike. Location was close to restaurants, some walkable, and a grocery store. Reefhouse made the vacation very pleasant."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem till now! I went to go get my deposit/incidental and they told me I couldn’t have it because I had a late checkout the day before!? I paid for 2 days? I never left, never changed rooms, never checked out! So how can I have a late checkout fee if I never left!? Well I tried talking to the staff and the women literally went and locked herself in the office just to avoid confrontation.! I told the lady I will never stay her again and she said we would love that!? Who says that to there customers? I let the deposit/incidental go and went back to my room to finish packing my things, next thing I know there are 2 police banging at my door!!?? They told me to leave. I was so confused this hotel literally called the police on me after trying to get my deposit back!!?? This is ridiculous and not how your customer/guest should be treated!!!! My only complaint/advice is if you stay here make sure you checkout before 11am or they will keep your money and call the police to have you removed from the premises.!"
