"We had breakfast and it was very nice looking at the ball in the terrace. One of the receptionist was not very helpful, and they were extremely strict in the checkout, when I came to open my room to take my luggage exactly at 12 PM my keys didn’t work anymore. Some of the staff was very nice ,however, my room didn’t have lights on the sides of the bed, and the plugs didn’t work, the TV was not working.. "

"We chose this location due to its short walk to bayside and as a pre cruise stop. It was a perfect location. The room was fairly small but immaculate. The bed was electric and we would live one at home as it bc was great for sitting up. The shower was powerful and immaculate. I was a little worried from the pictures that the toilet would not be private but it was fine. The whole room worked really well. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The lifts were fast and the rooftop pool great. There was a bar by the pool serving food and signs were around showing happy hour specials. If we are able to return to Miami this will be our chosen hotel. We have previously stayed at the intercontinental which only scored more for the breathtaking views and was double the price."
