"The hot tub had black particles coming out of it and the lady at the front desk Jessica never even offered to accommodate me. She just said OK then when I asked her for the property manager number she told me where the car was at, but it was the number to the hotel as if I don’t know how to find the number"

"The restaurant was good - especially the blacked salmon (subbed for the chicken on a Caesar salad) and the black bean burger. The staff at the desk were always pleasant and helpful with every question regarding local and airport transportation as well as luggage storage after checkout on my last day. Once in my room, it was quiet and the showers were hot no matter the time of day!"

"Thermostat didn’t work so room was warm the entire night with no fans available from the front desk. Was offered diff rooms once we were already unpacked and ready for bed. Would have been nice to get the buffet included or discounted being a hotel guest too."
