"Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!"

"I loved my stay here! It's close to 2 subway stations, including Akasaka with a mall and Harry Potter cafe and themed areas if you're interested. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. One of my things got mixed up with laundry, and the staff was so quick at getting it found. To note: Google maps may send you to the entrance with stairs, but if you go around the 7-eleven, there is the main large entrance that's ground level to wheel suitcases in, or drag heavy tired legs back without stairs."
"The staff and rooms were great. Public baths were big and clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Location is good and close to many transport options for all main Tokyo areas with ease.
Laundry was very convenient, improvement can be made to allow process tracking with an app or webpage and not only the in room TV. "
