Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
It is too dirty, pillowcases and bed sheets are filthy, with yellow stains and smell awful, itching causing me couldn't sleep. Restroom smell, molding, floor didn't mop. Called owner and maintenance staffs to request cleaning several times, They promised to come, but never showed up. It is very difficult to contact with the property owner, called them but they didn't pick up the phone. It is terrible communication.
