We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious, hotel was in walking distance to restaurants, shops. The swimming pool was dirty, needs to be cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of choices. Highly recommended!

A great stay at Paradise. The two doormen were particularly friendly and helpful and the rooms were very spacious. The bar on the 12th floor has some great views.

We had a wonderful stay at the Paradise Saigon Boutigue Hotel! Rooms were clean and the service was outstanding, they always asked for how they could provide us with a better experience. Renting a bike for 2 days was really easy as well. We had a great time every night in the Sky Bar. The view was amazing and bartenders Phuc and Toan were so much fun. They provided us with good conversation and they served up not only great drinks but great service. Definitely go to the Sky Bar when your here, the views and experience are amazing!

Clean hotel rooms with great staff. Booked our Mekong Delta tour with the front desk and their recommendation was fantastic. Rooftop pool has a great view, just wish there was shade or an umbrella. Breakfast was a bit limited but tasty.

The location is excellent. Right where you want to be. Staff were all very nice and responsive. The breakfast was quite good as well. The AC stopped working for us but they sent someone up immediately to fix it. Clean and comfortable hotel.

Great location, great service, loved it!
Very nice hotel! Great design. Perfect location - close to everything you will need in Ho Chi Minh City district 1. Super friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are good size, have big windows. Breakfast buffet has a good quality and variety of food and the menu changes a little every day. The roof top pool and bar are nice, but you will need swim goggles if you want to keep your eyes open under water. If you can’t live without gym, their gym is not for you. It has one universal work out machine, a treadmill and an elliptical machine in a tiny room. If you have sleep problems, make sure you pack a pair or ear plugs. The city is noisy and some of the noise comes through. Bathroom needs a little improvement here and there, but overall great. The check out time is 12am and my plane was at 7 pm. They safely stored my luggage for free for 4 hours and that was a big plus! Overall I loved the place and would definitely recommend.

Staff went out of my way to help me win an airport taxi driver scammed me. Not only did the taxi driver lie to me saying she accepted credit cards, she raised the price. I flagged down the bell boy near door and he grabbed front desk staff who came and helped me. They were so helpful. Thanks again

Great location but room condition needs upgrading
Reception and service staff was friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is great. Room curtain was terrible as when the sun rises around 6am plus, the curtain was not able to block the sunlight from entering the room. The aircon was blowing directly onto the bed and as there was no way to adjust the direction, it was uncomfortable to sleep as I was awoken when my face felt too cold. The fridge was not cold too, drinks left in there was around room temperature. The breakfast dishes could be improved as often the trays were left with little food.

Spent 5 nights here in November 23. Nothing really negative about the hotel, it’s in a great walkable location in HCM, the huge market is minutes away if you walk left out of the hotel. Bui Vien about 20 minutes walk. The hotel is small and quite peaceful, the breakfast is great, loads of options. I would stay here again if I return to HCM.

Lovely hotel in great location. Rooftop pool was lovely! Staff on reception and the door are lovely and helped us with our queries. Rooms are nice and good breakfast with freshly made omelettes etc. to set you up for the day. My only gripe was that the shower gel dispenser in our room was ceramic and not secured so on our first night it fell off the glass shelf when I tried to get some and I was charged almost £12 for this. I wouldn’t of minded as it was my fault however I think these sorts of things should be fixed and my sisters room next door had plastic ones so felt a bit unfair, and it was as old and rusty also.
