Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms on the smaller side. Location not bad but lots of construction in the area made walking around harder.

The check in process (mostly automated) was ridiculous. I had to scan my passport 4 times and my wife's too as well as entering all my details manually twice then my wife's. In the end staff had to do it anyway. Then my bags, which we'd dropped earlier weren't connected to that information. It was an unnecessary shambles and led to a long line of fellow travellers,, many of whom had similar issues. Worst check in to a hotel in my life. The staff were lovely and helpful but the system needs a complete rethink.

My stay here was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Laundry facility was great to have and easy to use. It was an easy walk to the Hiroshima station. There’s a 7/11 a block away and a Lawsons inside the hotel. There is a mall inside the train station walkway which is like a hidden gem. 5 min walk to the bus that takes you to Hiroshima memorial followed by a 15 minute bus ride. Super easy to get to. If you have time- take a trip to Miyajima Island it was amazing! Felt completely safe as a solo- female traveler and would stay again if back in this area.

Accidentally booked a “smoking” room, but was ok. Compact, but efficient, bath tub, Japanese toilet, big TV, kettle, fridge, etc. Breakfast was excellent (nicer than in the previous APA hotel I stayed in Tokyo). Public Bath on the 2nd floor were nice as expected. From/To the Bullet Train, took me 20 minutes to reach the hotel. Take South Exit and leave on Exit 8 (near 9). You will see the hotel on the right. Just cross the bridge and turn right.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, even for Japan. Though I enjoyed the modern touches. Room bathrooms were very basic. I found the Lawson’s attached to the hotel to be very convenient. Loved the features on the TV regarding hotel amenities, and included showing live times of washer/dryers in use. Downside with that is that the washers/dryers were ALWAYS busy. Also, the machine requires an additional dry cycle even if you only fill to the recommended capacity.

Convenient to the train station. Lovely staff, clean hotel. Small room with tiny bathroom as expected. Was fine choice for my 1 night stay in Hiroshima. Seemed like a busy / popular hotel with locals. Didn’t use the spa during our 1 night visit.

It's a nice hotel, appears to be pretty new. Great location for walking to various points of interest around Hiroshima. The room was very small. Great if you travel light, example: only have a backup or a medium size luggage. Not great if you need a lot of space. Happy with the place.

Great hotel with plentiful amenities
Great hotel within 15 min walking distance of Hiroshima Station. And close to all the major sites as well. Check in staff were superb. Very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was tasty & filling, especially the beef curry & momiji manju. In room bottles of water provided along with coffee & tea packets & plentiful bathroom amenities.
