"Very nice cabin with all the amenities needed and a large porch with a clear view of Enchanted Rock. Wonderful dark skies for stargazing and meteor showers. Hummingbirds were active (up to six at one time), deer, and jackrabbits. Coyotes howling, Screech owls, birds, cattle. Wonderful sunrises."

Checking in was easy and the Wi-Fi access was great. Sometimes you have to work a little while on a short getaway. "

"We had a nice, relaxing stay at the bunkhouse! Location is in the country so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s centrally located between Fredricksburg (30 miles away) and Llano (20 miles away) which was exactly what we wanted this trip. Cody, Jen, and family were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The bunkhouse was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The welcoming snacks, and wine were a bonus. We would love to stay here again when we visit the hill country."
