"Took an hour for us to check-in. Long lines and only two front desk employees. The elevator is a nightmare! Make sure you plan ahead of time because you can spend 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. The rooms need an upgrade! The only positive thing about staying here is how close the hotel is to Broadway shows. "

"The hotel foyer nice. But the rooms , corridors very old and dated. Wall paper peeling rooms weren’t a good standard. "

"Small and tight squeeze but enough for a quick stay. Shower and sink were very slow to drain and overfilled the shower and soaked the floor. Some lights werent working in the room but minor lights. Good location "

"This is a perfect location for all of the Broadway theaters. There’s plenty to see and do in that area. The rooms were clean. The only problem we had is that the walls are very thin and we could hear everything our neighbor was doing. Other than that, we will definitely be back for another stay when we return to New York.
