"We stayed here for one night during Sanja Matsuri festival. It’s location is excellent for exploring Asakusa. The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). "Stayed from 5/10/24 thru 5/16/24 with a group of 4. Had to get 2 rooms and we were able to get them next to each other. The rooms are on the small end. Bed was comfortable in my opinion but there was a lot of dust. Cleaning was minimal with only the towels and bedding getting changed, trash taken out and it looked like the bathroom was cleaned."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel(6nights). It is beautiful, spacious and located right next to the metro, which can take you to anywhere. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and speak English. Highly recommend ! The few minor points are; It is a little far from Shinjuku or Shibuya if you need to go there early or often. There are not a lot of dinning choices around. The gym is very small, only has two treadmills, one elliptical and two stationary bikes. "
