Every time we stay at the Airedale, we have a clean and well presented room. The breakfast is always excellent. And the bonus is we get offered an Expedia upgrade without having to ask which is always lovely.

Everything about the facility was first rate. They only issue was the few aggressive homeless people encountered in the surrounding streets during early morning runs

Pros - easy and early check in. Close to CBD, bus station just outside the hotel. Good size room, good size shower. Comfortable bed.
Cons - tiny reception, some cobwebs on the ceiling, staying on first floor actually means you feel like you are in the basement, squeeky bathroom door wake other person up in the middle of the night, absolutely terrible and small fridge
Result - good value for money, hotel can do better if maintained and run with more care about customer experience.

Nice property bit strange having to go to the 3rd floor to check in
It states on Expedia that there is pool facilities which is why I booked. The day before I received a welcome letter saying you have to pay $25 for pool access that should have been on Expedia warning us
