"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "We had the most amazing stay in this gorgeous property situated in the old town above Albertville. The property was full of character and a real treat for you more traditional modern hotel rooms. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at O Besoun D'Air and couldn't recommend them enough either. A great stay, thank you!"
