"The staff were super friendly and helpful on both check in and check out. Our room was ready early which was amazing. It was clean and tidy and had a wonderful view. Room had a few little bits that could be fixed/modernised but was still lovely. Online checkout didnt work"

Only one of the two lifts was functioning, hopefully it can be fixed quickly, as access from the car park was at level 2 and reception is on top floor level 12."

I don’t think it’s because of my disabilities I think they were just very helpful. Breakfast was very good. With a range of juices and fruits. I would stay here again without hesitation. "
